This Montorgueil loft was converted from a commercial printing house originally constructed in the 1780s. Accessible via a private courtyard, this exceptional 4500 sqft. three bedroom loft apartment is laid out on two levels under 27-foot ceilings. Original mezzanines in the style of Gustave Eiffel, floating passageways, and multi-level bridges dramatically split this voluminous space.
Multiple skylights and a huge cathedral window illuminate the space by day—a brightness matched by the sunny red, orange, and yellow loungers located in the second floor living areas. Watch movies in these comfortable loungers surrounded by potted plants and modern fixtures and furnishings—all nestled above the main living space.
Down below, the first floor salon has no shortage of light either! Relax and enjoy the drama of this space from comfortable white leather couches with views of the cathedral windows as well as the kitchen and dining areas.
The modern dining table seats six in white leather chairs before illuminated contemporary art pieces and atop dark wood floors. Seat four more additional guests at the movable bar in the designer kitchen. Fully equipped, the kitchen shows off its sleek stainless steel, granite, and wood details.
On the upper level you will find the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed, balcony access, large mirror, and sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a skylight resting above an over-sized sunken bathtub, slate floors, and rain-style shower as well as washbasin and WC.
Also on this level is the second bedroom with Powder Room opposite.
The third bedroom furnished with a double sofa bed is on the ground floor in front of a large shower room with washbasin and WC.
