Private garden apartment in an Historical building
Overview
This luxury vacation apartment offers peace and quiet and a contemporary feeling in a historic setting. Marais Garden is located in a 17th century monastery and was completely rebuilt using all original materials.
The elegant building offers a private garden with outdoor seating, which is a communal area for everyone who lives there. Inside, the apartment is quiet, despite its central location in the heart of Paris, and exudes a subtle, modern French style. A sophisticated interior welcomes you and your guests as you pass through the entry way with a library and sitting area. The living area has ample seating, a flat screen TV, and rich decor accents. The dining area is just a few steps away and the sleek dining table with room for 6 guests overlooks the cozy living room. The generously sized kitchen is fully-equipped to handle anything from multi-course meals inspired by your trip to the market to simply preparing coffee in the morning. Ample counter and cabinet space, as well as stainless steel appliances set it apart from most Parisian kitchens.
The beautiful shared spaces give way to inviting bedrooms that will inspire restful nights for all. 2 bedroom suites offer privacy and the utmost comfort as each has a king size bed with luxe linens and en suite bathrooms. The sofa in the living room also converts to a sleeper to accommodate additional guests.
